To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the telephone records known as
234-XXXX,Oxford, MS which is a cellular telephone, shown by records as assigned to Amy L. Bledsoe;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed information, namely
cellular telephone records containing information regarding the whereabouts of the victim prior to death; information regarding whom victim may have spoken with prior to death; names, telephone numbers or messages that may in fact be relevant to the homicide investigation of Amy L. Bledsoe;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the information so described is now concealed on the cellular telephone above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before January 12, 2006 (not to exceed 10 days) the records specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the records be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the records taken and prepare a written inventory of the records seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
