Witness Statement: Aline Cousins
Yoknapatawpha County sheriff's deputies contacted the Memphis Police Department after receiving a tip line call from Cousins, who claims to have spotted Macy Lamar.
Memphis Police called on Cousins, who submitted the following statement. Cousins was the only once in the apartment complex to report seeing the incident she describes. FBI agent Hillman is proceeding with a followup investigation, with the cooperation of Memphis agencies.
