CORONER'S INSPECTOR'S NARRATIVE:
Coroner's Inspector arrived at the scene
at 8:21 PM. Environmental conditions at the scene: Ambient
exterior temperature approximately 61°F/16°C,
Relative Humidity approximately 41%. Climate is dry, no precipitation present.
C/I was directed through the kitchen
door and led to the recreation room at 1198 Mimosa Drive. C/I observed
a lifeless human body, a male apparently in his early twenties, on the
floor with no vital signs present .The body was face down with the head
facing south. The left arm was bent at the elbow and angled up so that
the hand was in front of the face palm down. The right arm was slightly
bent at the elbow and the hand was at a downward angle alongside the
hip, palm up. The left leg was bent at the knee and angled downward.
The right leg was barely bent at the knee. Visual inspection indicated
the victim was wearing a gray sleeveless tee shirt, blue pants,
sneakers and boxer shorts. The victim is 5'6” tall. C/I verified the
victim had no signs of life including respiration and heartbeat and
pronounced the victim deceased at 8:25 p.m.
C/I noted the presence of what appeared
to be burn marks on the underside of the left hand of the victim.
Visual observation revealed no immediate indications of any other
injuries. Rigor mortis was not yet established.
Liver temperature at the scene was 86.2°F/30.1°C. Skin is cool to the touch.
Eyes are open and corneas are cloudy. Preliminary estimate is that time
of death is approximately 1-2 hours prior to examination, subject to
revision pending formal autopsy. Apparent cause of death is heart
failure. Body was removed from the scene at 9:17 p.m.

Disease, Wolff-Parkinson-White.
Estimated Time of Death:
Preliminary indicators, including body
temperature, rigor mortis and other factors, approximate the time of
death between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
on February 8, 2009.
