I received the attached search warrant October 28, 2022 and have executed it as follows:

On October 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with on premises.

  • 005064-17: One (1) t-shirt, white cotton, size M, with reddish-brown stains
  • 005064-18: One (1) handwritten schedule of Kimberly Pace's daily activities
  • 005064-19: One (1) shoe box, cardboard
    Contents:
    • 005064-19-01 through 005064-26-12: Twelve (12) photographs of Kimberly Pace
    • 005064-19-13 through 005064-26-16: Four (4) handwritten notes signed by Kimberly Pace
  • 005064-20: One (1) composition notebook
    Contents: Handwritten notes documenting the writer's encounters with and observations of Kimberly Pace

To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

Kincannon Hall, Room # 322, Oxford, MS, which is a residential room located within the Kincannon Hall dormitory on the University of Mississippi campus, shown by University records as assigned to and occupied by Cody Matthews and Jason Tang;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

A women's mule-style casual shoe with black woven leather upper and pliable rubber sole, size 8, left foot; documents, computer files or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address or likeness of Kimberly Pace; one or more Deli utility tires, size 80/4.00; an object with one or more Deli utility tires, size 80/4.00, attached; clothing, shoes or other items with apparent bloodstains; a blunt, flat or edged object with apparent bloodstains, approximately 4-inches X 5½-inches; any substance or object that includes ammonium sulfate, and/or ammonium phosphate and/or disulfoton and/or iron (III) oxide;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before November 7, 2022 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
