REPORTING OFFICER'S NARRATIVE (Brief narrative of the facts surrounding the offense and the arrest.)

At 7:30 a.m., June 7, 2011, Reporting Investigators (R/Is) Detectives T. Armstrong and S. Murphy arrived at the arrestee's residence. R/Is knocked on the door and arrestee answered. R/Is placed the arrestee under arrest. Arrestee was handcuffed and advised of his rights. Arrestee indicated he wanted to contact a lawyer and was informed he could do so at the station. Arrestee said he would not talk with anyone without a lawyer. Arrestee was then escorted by R/Is to their department vehicle.

Transportation to the Sheriff's Department proceeded without incident. At 7:53 a.m., R/Is turned the arrestee over to Sheriff's Department personnel for processing.

At all times while in custody, arrestee appeared lucid and coherent. Arrestee muttered profanities but was otherwise cooperative and seemed to comprehend what was happening to him.
