To any Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff, Constable, Marshall or other peace officer of this State:

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED, To arrest the above-named Defendant and bring him forthwith before the nearest available magistrate or other Judicial Officer of this State, to answer an indictment brought by the prosecutor in the attached affidavit, charging him with an offense of felony murder in the first degree against the person of Robert Alfred Pruitt on or about April 15, 2011 in the City of Oxford County of Yoknapatawpha. Herein fail not.

AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me the undersigned Prosecutor, Merle S. Pittman, Esq., who on oath says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the above listed accused, between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. on the 15th of April, 2011 did commit the offense of Murder, in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, against Robert Alfred Pruitt, victim, and against the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Prosecutor makes this Affidavit in order that a criminal warrant may issue for Accused's arrest.
