REPORTING PERSONíS NARRATIVE (Brief narrative of the facts surrounding the missing person report.)

Missing person reported by wife, Cindy Fine. Mrs. Fine said that she and her husband had gone out to Duffyís Bar & Grill on the evening of 7/3/03. Mrs. Fine left Duffy's at approximately midnight and returned home. Her husband remained at Duffy's. Mrs. Fine said she has had no contact with her husband since she left Duffy's.

Mrs. Fine said she became increasingly worried when her husband did not return home over the weekend. When he failed to appear at his job at Laughlin Auto Body on Monday morning, 7/7/03, Mrs. Fine decided to report him missing because it is "out of character" for her husband to miss work.
