002182-02: Colt Defender 90 lightweight .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, S/N , capacity 7 + 1 round, 5 rounds remaining; recovered with decedent's body.

  • Findings:
    • Minuscule pieces of cloth recovered from the slide and trigger mechanisms.
      • Cloth has been identified as sueded leather consistent with the type used in work gloves.
  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the magazine of the weapon.

002182-09 through 002182-65: Fifty-seven (57) Bud Light® beer bottles, empty

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Edward Dooley were observed on three (3) bottles.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on eight (8) bottles.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on seven (7) bottles.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Charles Laughlin were observed on six (6) bottles.
    • Unidentified fingerprints were observed on nine (9) bottles.

002182-66: One (1) 750-ml Jack Daniels bourbon whiskey bottle, empty

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Edward Dooley were observed on the neck of the bottle.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on the body of the bottle.
    • Unidentified fingerprints were observed on the neck and body of the bottle.

002182-67: One (1) 20-count box, .45 ACP Federal 230gr Hydra-Shok JHP ammunition, 4 rounds remaining

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the exterior of the box.

002182-68: One (1) 10-count box, 12-gauge Remington shotgun shells, #4 shot, 2 shells remaining

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the exterior of the box and on the shells inside the box.
002182-73: ColemanTM lantern

002182-72: One (1) glass oil lantern

    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Edward Dooley were observed on the base of the lamp.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the base and globe of the lamp.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on the base and globe of the lamp.

002182-73: One (1) battery powered ColemanTM lantern

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Dudley Brinkman were observed on the base and switch of the lantern.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the base and switch of the lantern.
    • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on the base and switch of the lantern.

002182-74: One (1) shovel, stained

  • Fingerprints:
    • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
