Murder in Mississippi

A sultry summer night in Mississippi. Hot tempers. A bad marriage. A reputed chop shop. Kidnapping, rape, and finally… murder.

But our story begins with a farmer, a man who went to his favorite bar hoping to ease the pain of a breakup.

And with him he brought a conversation piece — a root he’d dug up in his field earlier that day, but he told his fellow barflies it was a human hand… the hand of his former girlfriend who'd recently broken his heart and left town.
