To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

818 Country Club Circle, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, two-story home with attached garage shown by public record as owned by Carl Dean Dixon

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Journals written by the deceased Devlin Beauchamp; the blunt object that was used in the commission of the crime of murder; any articles of clothing bearing traces of blood; any articles of clothing or carpet samples consistent with unidentified fibers found at the crime scene; documents pertaining to the execution of a restaurant franchising agreement involving the Home Plate restaurant and/or Devlin Beauchamp and/or Carl Dean Dixon; pieces of correspondence addressed to or written by the owner of said property regarding the Home Plate restaurant, pieces of correspondence between the owner of said property and the deceased victim.

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before February 8, 2010 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
