I received the attached search warrant February 19, 2010 and have executed it as follows:

On February 24, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Walter Hollowell, Property Manager.

Bedroom:

• 000048-276 and 000048-277: Two (2) composition notebooks, used, with red stains

• 000048-278: One (1) baseball bat, wood
• 000048-279: One (1) woman's red silk shirt, with dark stains
• 000048-280: One (1) envelope, unsealed, addressed to Devlin Beauchamp, with uncanceled postage attached

  • 000048-281: One (1) letter addressed to Devlin Beauchamp, signed by Natalie Posner, asking addressee not to contact police regarding her identity
• 000048-282: One (1) photograph of an adult Caucasian male, found in journal of Devlin Beauchamp
• 000048-283: One (1) pair of black cotton pants, size 10, stained
• 000048-284: One (1) pair of navy blue rayon pants, size 10, stained
• 000048-285 and 000048-286: Two (2) pairs of dark blue cotton pants, size 10, stained
• 000048-287: One (1) multi-colored silk bathrobe, size large
• 000048-288: One (1) fountain pen, black
• 000048-289: One (1) address book
• 000048-290 and 000048-291: Two (2) pairs women's black Nike® running shoes, size 8.5
• 000048-292: One (1) sample of carpeting, green

Bathroom:

• 000048-293: One (1) blue cotton washcloth with dark reddish brown stains, found under sink
• 000048-294: One (1) gold identification bracelet engraved with the name "Natalie", found in drawer

Kitchen:

• 000048-295: One (1) scrapbook, 8 1/2" x 9" x 1 1/4", containing articles written by and about Ivan Riesling, found in freezer inside zipper-style plastic bag
• 000048-296 through 000048-298: Three (3) keys consistent with the type and style of key for Beauchamp residence, found in silverware drawer

Living Room:

• 000048-299: One (1) pair of black, leather, oxford-style shoes, size 8.5, found under sofa
• 000048-300: One (1) pair of dark blue, leather, high-heeled shoes, size, 8.5, found under sofa
• 000048-301: One (1) copy of Los Angeles Magazine, June 2002 issue
• 000048-302: One (1) dart board with photograph of Katherine Dixon affixed to center, several holes in photograph
• 000048-303: One (1) cigarette lighter, engraved with the initials D.W.B.
• 000048-304: One (1) shoe box, found in hall closet
  contents of box:
  • 000048-304-01: One (1) birth certificate for Michelle Kathleen Webster
  • 000048-304-02: One (1) birth certificate for Natalie Maureen Posner
