Reporting Officer's Narrative

REPORTING OFFICER'S NARRATIVE(Brief narrative of the facts surrounding the missing person report.)

Andrew Fine reported missingMissing person Andrew Fine reported by wife, Cynthia Fine.

Mrs. Fine said that she and her husband had gone out to Duffy's Bar & Grill on the evening of July 3, 2014. Mrs. Fine left Duffy's at approximately midnight and returned home. Her husband remained at Duffy's.

Mrs. Fine said she has had no contact with her husband since she left Duffy's.

Mrs. Fine said she became increasingly worried when her husband did not return home over the weekend.

When Mr. Fine failed to appear at his job at Laughlin Automotive & Body Shop on Monday morning, July 7, 2014, Mrs. Fine decided to report him missing because it is "out of character" for her husband to miss work.

INITIAL FINDINGS (Did initial inquiries indicate follow-up is appropriate?)

The YCSD confirmed with Charles Laughlin of Laughlin Automotive & Body Shop that Mr. Fine did not report for work as scheduled on July 7, 2014.

Staff members at Duffy's recalled Andrew Fine being at the bar on July 3, 2014 and did not recall him coming again since then.

At this time, there is no indication of foul play. The case remains open.
