One (1) pair of men's plaid boxer underwear, size 34-36 medium

Two (2) vaginal swabs taken with rape kit from victim

Preliminary Findings:

  • Item 003161-01 (cardboard six pack) was dusted with magnetic powders. Three (3) full prints were found which one of has 12 points of similarity to the victim.
  • Item 003161-02 (wrinkled hand written note) was dusted with magnetic powders. Four (4) partial prints were found with one print having 6 points of similarity to the victim and one with 3 points of similarity to the victim.
  • Item 003161-03 (pack of Pall Mall Lights) was dusted with magnetic powder. Two (2) full prints were found, with one having 12 points of similarity to the victim.
  • Item 003161-04 (Zig Zag cigarette rolling papers) was dusted with magnetic powder. Two (2) partial prints were found with none having similarity to the victim.
  • Item 003161-05 (men's plaid boxer underwear) was examined using an alternate light source.
    • Biological material was discovered on inner front of object.
    • Biological material analyzed and was found to be consistent with semen.
  • Items 003161-06 and 003161-07 (vaginal swabs) were analyzed and found to be consistent with female body fluids. No semen or blood were present.
  • Items 003161-08 through 003161-14 (pubic hairs) were analyzed microscopically. Pubic hairs were microscopically similar to those of the victim.
  • Items 003161-15 through 003161-19 (nail clippings) were scraped and microscopically analyzed. No foreign or biological materials were found.
  • Items 003161-20 through 003161-24 (nail clippings) were scraped and microscopically analyzed. No foreign or biological materials were found.
  • Item 003161-25 (pair of flowered womens brief) was examined using an alternate light source. For item 000034-02-025, female body fluids were found to be present, no other foreign or biological materials were present.
