I received the attached search warrant December 7, 2012 and have executed it as follows:

On December 8, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Coretta Marquez, branch manager.

  • Text of note: "You should be here when I come to talk to you! You know what happened to me wasn't fair! You should have treated me better because I deserve better! You'll pay for what you did to me! I'll make sure you get what you deserve!"
• 003972-34 through 003972-36: Three (3) photographs
• 003972-37 through 003972-59: Twenty-three (23) handwritten letters
• $10,000 in cash
