Sue Weaver Perry was married to Butch Weaver at the time Kevin Gilmore died.
Biography: James Mason
James Mason opened The Juke Joint and ran it for many years, employing many Ole Miss students including Kevin Gilmore. Mason sold the place to Rhonda Pendergrass in 1988.

Clarence "Butch" Weaver worked for the UM Physical Plant department for more than 30 years and recently retired.
Biography: Rhonda Pendergrass
Rhonda Pendergrass was a waitress at The Juke Joint at the time Kevin Gilmore worked there in 1987. Now she owns the restaurant and has for almost 23 years.

Jason Finnegan was once a promising student athlete at Ole Miss. Within a year of Kevin Gilmore's death, Jason's prospects had dimmed significantly.
Biography: JT Pendergrass
JT Pendergrass was married to ex-wife Rhonda for 15 years, including during the period that Kevin Gilmore died. They have been divorced for more than 20 years.
Biography: LeeAnn Elliot
LeeAnn Elliot, Judith Gilmore's younger sister, was very close with her nephew Kevin through out his life. She last saw him about a week before his death.

Donald Gilmore and his wife grew apart in the years after their only son's death in 1987. Eventually, they salvaged their relationship, and now co-own a small business in Oxford.

Carly Brock was Kevin Gilmore's girlfriend at the time of his death. Today, she is a wife and mother of two, and she works as a registered nurse in Oxford.
Biography: Richie Turner (2011)
Richie Turner was Kevin Gilmore's best friend. After Kevin's death, Richie and Kevin's girlfriend Carly grew closer. Today, Richie has an accounting business in Oxford.
Biography: Jason Finnegan (1987)
Jason Finnegan played on the Ole Miss basketball team with Kevin Gilmore for two years. They were competing for the starting point guard position and did not get along.
Biography: Judith Gilmore (1987)
Judith Gilmore, who is estranged from her own parents, doted on her only son, Kevin, and was extremely proud when he earned an athletic scholarship to Ole Miss.
Biography: Donald Gilmore (1987)
Donald Gilmore has worked hard all his life to make ends meet. He was thrilled when his son Kevin got a scholarship for college because Donald couldn't afford to send him.
