Hello Sinchi and welcome to CS.

The contest pages are not up and running yet. This case has just started, so it'll take a few more weeks. You'll then be invited to participate either in a multiple choice contest or you can write a short theory (no more than 500 words) on what happened, when most of the evidence is in. The main page will point the way, so you cannot miss it. Have fun and see you around.
