Crime Scene -

That's why we need a search warrant for their houses and hotel rooms, Scarlett. We will find one of the suits missing a red rhinestone. Will the suit be in the right person's room/house or planted? Always more questions. that's why I want to make the board. No more searching back through everything. Once it's made, everything is there. I know that the detectives have already furnished us with all the clues we need to solve this. It's just a matter of sorting through it all. Hope to have something to post this afternoon.

You're right Madison. Everytime we think we have someone figured out, someone throws a wrench in the works and puts us back to square one.

High on my list is Taylor and Yvonne Body, Sonya Davis and Max Snyder. I still have Alison Plunk and Peter Davis creeping around in the back of my mind, too.

Here we go. I'm going to have to do this in sections because there is so much information. I'm going to start with my top two suspects, Yvonne and Sonya.
YVONNE BOYD:
1. Jared dissolved his partnership with Taylor the same day that he ended his affair with her. She was afraid that Taylor would find out about the affair so she told him herself. She said he forgave her but she wasn't really sure he did.
2. As the Accommodations Manager, she had keys to the building and all the rooms so that means she could come and go at any time.
3.Yvonne found the body while making her rounds. She took the knife and hid it because she was afraid that Taylor may have killed Jared because he was so angry. Her prints are on the knife.
4. She lied about Taylor being asleep because she didn't want anybody to think Taylor might have done it.
5. She said she didn't see anyone in the hallway but she did see a tribute artist outside the door but she didn't know who it was. Yet Buzz saw people running away from the crime scene and he said he was close enough to the "Elvis Woman" that he was scared and ran away to hide.
6. One of the employees said that they saw her talking to Buzz. Yvonne said previously that she didn't know buzz but then turned around a couple of minutes later and said she would never forget meeting a man like that.
Buzz told Yvonne she need to cancel the conference or he'd tell the police what she had done and that no one would was going to fool Quentin again.
7. She said she didn't know anything about the letters yet her husband spent a lot of time and travel looking for them and they were the reason that the partnership was ended. She might know exactly what was in them, but she knows something.
8.She is trying very hard to shift the blame to Kelly Bradley to get the attention away from her and Taylor. Said Kelly was supposed to have said she wanted to kill Jared. Won't say who told her that. It's just gossip.

SONYA DAVIS:
1. She believes Jared is responsible for Joy's death because of the letters.
2.She was bumped from Keynote speaker at the last minute by Jared. She found this humiliating because this was her home town.
3. She and Peter stayed at a room in the hotel instead of their home because she said it was more convenient and that it was free as part of the speakers fee.
4. She and Joy were friends before she and Peter got married. But when Joy had a nervous breakdown after her divorce Sonya became angry with her constant dependence on her brother and the money he gave her.
5.Joy told her about the letters when she found them but wouldn't let her see them so she thinks that the letters were a hoax Joy came up with to get some Money. That Joy gave Jared some letters that someone else wrote and just told him they were written by Elvis and when she found out that Jared was going to publish them in a book, she couldn't stand the guilt and killed herself.
6. Sonya is adamant about Peter not finding out what she thinks about Joy and the letters.
7.Claims her argument with Jared before the cocktail party was no big thing but Alison her them arguing very loudly and that Sonya had confronted Jared about replacing her. She demanded that he show her the letters because she didn't believe they were real and called him a fake.
8. She is actually receiving more money as the keynote speaker now that Jared is dead.

PETER DAVIS:
1. Said Joy told him about the letters but he never really listened to her about them so he probably didn't know what was in them but he might possibly want to get them back for Joy's sake.
2. Blames Jared for Joy's death because of the letters.
3. Said he was at home with Sonya when Jared was killed but Sonya said they had a room at the hotel.

LINDSEY SNYDER:
1. Said Jared came to them under false pretenses trying to get a speaker's spot at the convention. Said the research he showed them was interesting but they already had Sonya booked.
2.After Jared got he letters, he pressured the Snyders into giving him the keynote speakers position because he had the letters and he had already been advertising that he was going to be speaking there. They finally agreed to the switch and their sales soared as people found out he was going to reveal some secret information.
3. they had too much money tied up into making the conference work. Even borrowed money from her parents. She was afraid if they canceled the conference it would ruin them. They had to take a chance and continue the conference. Jared's death did not affect things at all. In fact they made more money than they thought they would. Did they think that a murdered guest would improve their sales?
4. Said both she and Max were at home at the time of Jared's death.

KELLY BRADLEY:
1. She was friends with Joy before she met Jared.
2. She had only been seeing Jared for about a month before he died.
3. Jared used her to help get the letters from Joy.
4.She got mad when Jared broke up with her but she didn't think he was really serious about it. Thought he just told his wife that to appease her.
5. Allison didn't know about Yvonne and Jared but she did know about Kelly. Who told her and why didn't she know about Yvonne since they had known each other because of the partnership?
Jared and Alison had their argument about Kelly at the cocktail party. When did Jared tell her he was breaking up with her? According to her, she knew about the breakup before she got to the conference center but Jared was already dead. Did she see him after the party? Did he tell her over the Phone?

ALISON PLUNK:
1. She hated all the Elvis memorbilia that Jared had all over their small house.
2. She didn't give Jared a choice. She told him she was going to come to the conference. But she didn't tell him she planned to go shopping instead of attending the conference.
3.Said she knew about all of Jared's many affairs, yet she never left him. Why not?
4.Said Jared always saved a copy of everything and probably had made a copy of the letters and hid them where no one could find them but him.

I think it was a woman, too, and Yvonne and Sonya are the most likely.

One more thing against Sonya. She lied about Peter helping his sister financially because Peter said Joy wouldn't let him help her. So, that's one more mark against her.

What do you guys think about this? What if Yvonne and Taylor were working together and one of them killed Jared Plunk and the other took the bloody costume away from the scene. Since they both lied about the other one being in bed when they left the hotel bedroom, do you think that's a possibility?
