I hope I didn't run everyone off with my little twist on the who might be the killer.

I noticed as I read Taylor Boyd's interview that he said that his wife, Yvonne, was still in bed when he left to go for a walk and when he came back she was gone. In Yvonne's interview she said that when she left, her husband, Taylor was still in bed.

I caught that, too. One of them is obviously lying... I wonder if Yvonne genuinely thinks that he did it and that's why she took the knife and lied about him being asleep. It would make sense. It would also make sense that she didn't recognize him if he did murder Jared dressed like Elvis, and thus thought that that would be safe to mention to the police.

I forgot to mention this last time I posted, but the knife wounds give the impression of the killer being right handed. I am going to ask the detectives who of our list of suspects is right handed.

I think the killer had to be right handed, too. I believe that since the knife was on a downward path, the killer would have to be taller than Jared.

I'll ask about a chart for the height of the suspects.

I am making a chart of the suspects (like the criminal board you see on tv)because I want to check some things out in my mind and I think that may help. I'll try to post something a little later about what I am thinking because the most useful information is usually in what the victim was doing in the last 48-72 hours before they were killed. Keep posting any ideas. Sometimes we all miss some little thing that could be a key point in solving the case.

Good idea.
Obviously the white jumpsuit is of interest and I think so far, we have three people who wore one and a wig. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more. There has to be a red rhinestone missing from one of them.

So confused... Where did all of this about the letters being fake come from? Who started this rumor? Sonya? And why?

Also, we go from Max being all "dear me, dear me" over the conference and the murder and now that he' s seeing an increase in sales, he seems content and convinced that Jared was going to say something bad about Elvis anyway... ? He's done a complete 180 from seemingly upset about what the murder would do to the conference to being glad that Jared's dead and that he can't besmirch Elvis's memory anymore. This seems really odd to me. Could it be that he committed the murder and that's why he's been so forthcoming with further information (interview 2)? Is he trying to cover his tracks and throw suspicion onto others? He does claim that he and his wife both have white jumpsuits. Ugh... he seemed to have the least motive for murder and now it seems to all have flip-flopped.
