Crime Scene -

After seeing all the current information, including the interview with Carl Warren, I'm suspicious of the Warrens.

It seems to me that Carl slipped at the end of his interview about his alibi of being at home the evening/morning of the murder. He seemed a little shaken that the detectives knew that he had a hotel room at the conference center. We definitely need to hear from his wife and see if her story matches his (supposed flu, etc).

I'm also consistently amazed at all the connections between pretty much everyone in this case. Crazy. Which leads me to... I'm wondering who Joy's ex-husband was. He was never named in the bio. Seems like in such a small community, he might have also been at the conference.

I would like to know more about Mr. Carl Warren myself, Madison. He is one shady character. I don't know why my brain keeps trying to connect him with Joy, other than the fact that she was a member of his group. Probably not that much, but I feel there is a connection.

I don't see anywhere that she was a member of Warren's group. It says in her bio that she was the head of the "Love Me Tender" Elvis fanclub. Does it mention somewhere that she was in Warren's Group, too?

"Joy felt she found a new purpose in life after learning about the Elvis Faithful and had planned to attend the conference in Oxford to support them."

Thats the only mention of it in the biography.

We need to find out if anyone else saw what Buzz Dakota said he saw. It sounds like old Buzz is an Elvis fan. I wonder if he was in a costume. I don't recall ever seeing Elvis wearing an aluminum hat and I can't see Buzz removing his for any reason. lol

Buzz said he saw an alien woman who removed her "alien skin" and turned into a man, and an alien man removed his "alien skin" and turned into a woman.

That may be more of his crazy ranting, but it could also possible be true. So, if it is true, then we have two suspects in Elvis costumes who took the costumes off outside of the building. One of them ran away. Did anyone else see that?

People like Buzz always have a little truth mixed in with their delusions. I'm betting he saw two people wearing an Elvis costume, one a man and one a woman. Question is, did he see them together or a few minutes apart? I think we need to find out if there are any women impersonators. I doubt it, but it has happened before. I hope they interview him again and see if he can describe them a little better after the "shed their skin".
We need to know if Carl's wife really had the flu. Why would she want to go home rather than being in the hotel where she had maid service and room service? I know if I had a choice of where I wanted to be with the flu, I'd choose the hotel. Doesn't make any sense that they would rent a room at the hotel just to be closer when they already live in town.
In the original evidence report, wasn't there only one knife? This report says there are two. Did I miss something?
