Julie claims to have called 911 from her cell phone. It was unnecessary for her to disconnect in order to meet the ambulance. Most people would want to stay connected with 911 dispatcher, and this dispatcher advised her to stay on the line. Her behavior seems counter-intuitive.

Elise, are you able to post a comment now in the case files?

I agree. She claims to have used her cell phone to call 911, there was no reason for her to disconnect. She should have been able to remain on the line and go wave down the EMTs.

It's a problem with the Server, but it will be repaired. Sometimes these problems take some extra work.
