The name XXXXXX XXXXX is mentioned a couple of times in places where you'd think it were to be Shannon Bower... The name XXXXXX isn't on the list of attending neighbours for the meeting.. So I was wondering if that was a tiny blooper?

You were correct, Azna. It was a typo just as you thought. It has been corrected and the erroneous name has been blocked to avoid confusion in the future.
