When 12-year-old RJ Brandt brought what looked like a human skull to school, it attracted attention not only from his classmates, but also from teachers and the Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff's Department.
Last week, we spoke to RJ's father, Ronny Brandt, as well as RJ's teachers and fellow students about the day he brought the skull to school and about RJ himself.
Now, the Coroner has a preliminary report on the skull, which has been verified to be human. We've also talked to the Brandts' neighbors to learn more about the family and RJ in particular.
