I'm going to rule him out as a suspect this early, but at this point I believe he is less likely to have committed the crime, he has a halfway decent alibi and not much of a motive, he seems to have been well-paid and well-treated by Mr Fontaine.
I'm seeing a pattern here, none of the people interviewed up to this point have any solid alibis, Grant and Ashley seem the most likely suspects thus far but Raquel could also be involved: They all have motives, and they all have pretty crummy alibis
