Hi! I've been poking my head in this website for a couple of years or so, all told, and its possible this is my first message! <hangs head in shame>. I'm loving the riddle but I must say I'm completely stumped! I only have one question that I'd like answered though please:-

Did the men die of dehydration/starvation?
