I'm having a problem getting the video about the case to run. So I thought this would be a good topic in case others might have the same problem or a problem with something else.

If you could let me know if you can see the video, then I will know it is just my problem.

Does everyone know how to add an avatar? If not, just ask away and I'll be glad to help out.

I started out doing the free membership but I changed that to full membership two days ago. Says I am active member, I have an avatar and I can post things on each page of the case. But why can't I get clearance to ask a question? I have a couple to ask but it always tells me I don't have sufficient clearance to ask questions.

Happy to see you are now a member and get the extra perks. Have you signed up for the Crimescene weekly newsletter yet? It's free and sometimes it has extra info included.

I know you are anxious to begin asking questions, but what usually happens is that the ATD section isn't open to questions right away. I will double check on that for you, though.

WE didn't have a whodunit for it, so that might be why you didn't catch it.
