Ok,think I have figured out one thing. Annette was not murdered over who was the mole. Knowing who was the mole would be devastating by itself but an easy solution to that would be to fire someone and if they had a clause in their contracts about discussing anything with or about any employers, past or present, they couldn't even sue them successfully. Most big companies usually have a confidentiality clause of some kind.
I also think that most will jump to conclusions of saying Sophia is the mole simply because she worked at Pearce Brokers before going to Harte and she has worked there the shortest length of time. I don't think she is the mole. Bust as I said, Annette wasn't killed for that reason. It was something else.

Looks like I'm missin a good one! Work picked up, been too busy to take on the case. Might try to catch up tonight, though.

I still think Annette was the mole even though Meg would be a logical suspect since she prepared the reports every week. We do know that whoever it is was reporting to Rita because every client except one that Harte lost was contacted by Rita.
Also consider the fact that Mr. Jacobs said Annette told him she couldn't represent him anymore and referred him to Pearce and the fact that she showed a Pearce house to Chris Frost to start with before she talked her into the one she bought. Elliot also said she would leave him by himself to go out and talk to people. Good way to keep from putting it on the computer since she was supposed to find out who it was.

1. Why wasn't Jeff at the office on Sunday? He should have been the one to find Annette since it was his weekend to work. The office was supposed to be open at 1:00. He did not show up the whole time that the Investigators were there. Did or didn't Sophia call him to let him know what happened? If she did, you would think he would rush up there. If she didn't call him, then he knew he had no reason to go.
2. Annette's phone shows her at the office at 7:00 p.m. Jeff said he left at 6:30 and saw her driving up. He was at the Holistic store at 6:30p.m. and home by 7:00. How could he have seen her drive up?
3. Meg might be a logical suspect for the mole since she made the reports up for the agents every week. But what would she have to gain by killing Annette?
4. Of the three people who knew of the nail gun, only Jeff admitted knowing where it was kept. Also, the gun would have been out in plain sight to start with. Can't see Annette standing still while someone dug it out.
5.In support of my theory on Annette being the mole, she showed a house to Chris Frost that didn't belong to the Harte Agency before she talked her into buying the one next door to it that did belong to Harte. She told Fred Jacobs that she could no longer represent him and referred him to Pearce Brokers. She received a call from Rita on the 7th, the 10th and met her at the coffee shop on the 11th and went to Pearce Brokers' office that same night at 9p.m. I still say she is the mole.
6. Darren was the white car that kept driving by Annette's house because she had been acting different and he wanted to know if she was seeing anybody. He also lied about what he did that night. He said he left the apartment at 10:p.m. to go have a couple of drinks. Bartender said he got here at 10, drank 8 drinks very quickly within an hour and was so drunk he could barely stand and that his friend Eric took him home around 11:00 and stayed with him until midnight. I think the reason he got so drunk is because he had been following here around and saw her go to Kyle Parks' house.When Annette left Kyle's house, she went to the Road House. Did he go there and confront her? Did she tell him that she was breaking up? That she didn't want to get married? Is this why he got drunk? Or did he drive to the office since he knew she was going to be working, to check on her since she didn't answer the phone? He could have gotten angry because of Kyle and killed her, thinking if he couldn't have her, no one could. But how did he get the nail gun? Was it already out? Did he know where it was? How did he know?
7. Christ Frost's problem is she is a lesbian and Annette picked up on that and played it to make a sale. When Chris bought the house, no more buddy buddy. That is why she and her mother said she joked about going to the game to meet men. She likes working in the jewelry department because she is always around women who like to look nice. Maybe she could pick someone up. Besides, you don't file a complaint with BBB for not being your friend.
