When I click on the case solution to the Garrett case, it just gives me the arrest of Julie. I don't find where anything gives the details of how it went down. What happened?

I am undecided as to who did it. I still lean very strongly toward Liam with both of his parents trying to cover for him. I also am leaning toward Emmet a little because of the shoes found. It could be either way. Decisions, decisions. lol

I haven't ruled Joey out but I just can't go there right now. Yes, we are missing some vital information so anything could change. Question: Even if Joey does show extra money in his account, does that prove motive? I think (right now) that it just proves he's in trouble with Zina no matter which way it goes. Another thing is the quote. The pastor was fond of giving out such quotes to those he thinks needs them. We know he gave Joey one. Look up Proverbs 28:10. To me that sounds more like one he would give to Joey. Just thinking. What do you think, Scarlett?

Joey is still on my suspect list but doesn't that seem a little too pat for you guys? Being the most obvious isn't always the right choice. I still have Liam as my top suspect. So much conflicting information about him and from he and his mother. I think Zina will handle Joey on her own. I think from the outbursts from both of them that that will be a personal matter. Red Dolly said that when Joey took a swing at him, it was awkward. The person who killed the pastor wasn't awkward. Right now, I think that Liam did it and his mother is trying to cover for him. She said she woke up at 7 and decided to go to church services but not the sunrise. She told the neighbor before that she was going to go to the sunrise service. The neighbor also said she heard her leave at 6:15. That would be in time for the sunrise but she didn't come home until much later. Plenty of time to go in and try to get Liam up and find him gone, then went out to look for him. She ended up at the church to make an appearance and then went home. Liam was back by then. The reason Liam didn't get in touch with his dad when he called was because Emmett was at Justine's house. Motive? Liam found out that his dad had started up with Justine again. He had always blamed the pastor for the family's break up. He had found the card in the house after his dad moved out and kept it. The clue? He said that he knew his father would not have cheated again if the pastor had not talked his dad into confessing the affair. Look at it from the perspective of a 15 yr old kid. He has a lot of anger bottled up and his mother said that he didn't do as most kids do and blame himself. Justine said that Emmett thinks that Liam hates him. Who better to take his anger out on but the pastor? But still that's now. It could still change. I would like to get the phone records from his house to see if he really called his dad. He admitted that he called him at midnight and didn't go to bed until 2 am and that was the reason he slept til noon. Not buying that. He might have been up, but that's not the reason he slept til noon.

yes, I definatly want to interview the pastors kids. They don't mention them except by name. Odd. But like I said, don't put it in stone yet about Liam being my top pick right now. That's just for now. Could change as we get information. Just like the last one, Rapha, we have more motives than evidence but that's what makes it fun....sorting it all out. Really feels good when you get it right. Joey is very questionable to me as well but I can't help thinking that he had a reason for taking the money and that's what the pastor was trying to figure out so he could decide if it was a criminal case or just church affairs. He probably thought that Zina wouldn't mention it to the passtor or he could put it back or maybe Zina would cover for him if he talked to her about it. Zina would definately know if he was having problems and needed money. But why not go to her in the first place? Is he gambling or something? The wife is still a suspect for me as well. Too cool acting. Something not right there.

Yes, I really am looking at Liam as my #1 suspect. Been around too many teenagers, I guess. But I really do think it could be him and I can see him wadding up the note and throwing it back in the pastor's face as he walked away. To him it is a slam about his father's affair. We don't know who's name is on the business card but it may be that it is a counsler or something like that. If Liam found it, would make his rage come out. Especially if he thinks the pastor has something to hide. He hung out with Leo a lot during the divorce and Leo doesn't like Emmitt so maybe Leo stirred the post so to speak and when he found the card, just blew up. Just a thought. Don't put it in stone yet. lol
