Wanted For Questioning

16 October 1995
18:05, Kingman County

An Arizona Highway Patrol's manhunt for alleged killer Greg Giblini began when he and Memphis, Tennessee native Vaskin Kissoyan were stopped for a routine traffic violation. According to Officer Joshua Moore, the DMV computer gave no response for forty-five minutes, causing the release of the pair. They left going west on I-40.

Several hours later, the restored computer showed Giblini wanted for murder. At this time, Kissoyan is wanted for questioning.
