Usually when we get called out to a residence where someone's on house arrest, it's because the offender has set off the alarm on his electronic monitoring device. It's not usually because the offender is dead.

But Victor Jennings, who seemed to thrive on stirring up trouble, may have finally pushed someone too far.

In today's update, Case Officers and Detectives can see Victor Jennings' bio and the press coverage of his death.

Case Detectives can review the incident report.

Coming up this week, we'll talk to the woman who found the body as well as the victim's friends, family and neighbors.
