DEAR Visitor,

Where did 12-year-old RJ Brandt get that  human skull he brought to school last month? Detective Armstrong and I don't think RJ has told us the truth yet about where it came from. What do you think?

Last week, we talked to the wife of RJ's mentor from the church and had another conversation with RJ's friend Tristan to see if he would tell us more. We also re-interviewed RJ's uncle, Andy Brandt and gave you the reconstruction the forensic sculptor made based on the skull RJ found.

In this update, we talked to Gordon Snyder, a friend of Ronny Brandt's from Biloxi. Mr. Snyder turned up on Ronny Brandt's cell phone records several times not long before RJ brought the skull to school and we wanted to know what they talked about.

Andy Brandt, RJ's uncleHas Andy Brandt told us everything he knows about the skull?

Are you getting the latest inside information about the case, Visitor

Crime Scene Members are Asking the Detective incisive questions about the evidence and the investigation.

What do you want to Ask the Detective?

One person asked,

Evidence Facial reconstruction and Race

Are we still dealing with the human skull of a female Caucasoid as the Coroner's report states? The facial reconstruction seems to indicate this is not the case.

Another wanted to know,

Dig site???

Where did the boy find the skull? Can't he take you there? Maybe there is more.

What do you want to know? Join Crime Scene to see the answers or Ask the Detective your own questions.

Coming up this week, we'll be exploring some new leads and re-interviewing some people who we think haven't been telling us the whole truth.

Do you think RJ really dug up that skull in his backyard or in a nearby field? Or is something else going on? Review the case documents and tell us your theories.

All the best,

Det. Murphy
