DEAR Visitor,

We were able to talk to Dawn Thurman recently. Given her relationship with the victim, Detective Armstrong took advantage of the opportunity to push her buttons a few times during the interview to see how she'd react. Let's just say she didn't take it all that well.

We also spoke to Ms. Thurman's coworker and best friend, Amber Dunn, to find out whether she could corroborate any of what Ms. Thurman told us. We also wanted to see if she could tell us anything about Ms. Thurman and Mr. Fontaine's affair that we hadn't already heard from other sources.

This update includes interviews with and biographies of the victim's mistress, Dawn Thurman, and her friend, Amber Dunn.
