DEAR Visitor,

Bruno Coleman canceled his interview with us at the last minute, saying he had to go out of town on business. We rescheduled for later this week, so we'll just have to wait and see if it really happens this time.

In the meantime, Detective Armstrong and I talked to Philip Fontaine's attorney, Javier Montoya. He was reluctant to reveal anything that might be covered by attorney-client privilege, but he eventually told us a few things. We'll be trying to find out how many other people knew about the legal actions Mr. Fontaine was considering.

This update includes an interview with and biography of Javier Montoya, Mr. Fontaine's attorney, the coroner's summary report and a summary analysis of fingerprints found at the crime scene.

We've also added photos of most of our witnesses. Sorry about the delay. Do you have any idea how much paperwork a county employee has to fill out to get a simple equipment repair? Ridiculous.

On Thursday, we'll hear from Philip Fontaine's banker Gerald Archer and Mr. Fontaine's secretary, Karen Lewis. Plus, we're going to try to talk to an informant we know who might be able to shed some light on a few things.

Is there someone you think we need to talk to? Or talk to again? Is there some particular evidence you think we need to look for? Drop by the site and let us know what you think, Visitor.

All the best,

Det. Murphy
