Greetings ,
Over the last several days, Detective Armstrong and I have been executing those search warrants we just got. Just for fun, we showed up to search Carter Nichols' place at 7:00 Monday morning. He really enjoyed that.
In this update, you have the inventories from those searches, plus a summary of the preliminary forensic findings on evidence from the Kimberly Pace crime scene.
For Monday, we're using a combination of cajoling and gentle arm-twisting to try to get the lab folks to get us some early forensics on what we found in our searches. If that works out and those findings tell us what we're hoping they will, Monday's update might just also bring an arrest warrant for and an interview with the person who killed Kimberly Pace.
