Traffic Accident or Homicide?
A local morning car accident claimed the life of John Fitzgerald and sent his wife to Baptist Memorial Hospital. Adela Fitzgerald, 49, of Topeka, Kansas, is listed in critical condition and claims she never saw the vehicle that hit them.
Detectives state there is more to this story and deem the circumstances "suspicious."
