The Memphis Police Department uses "red light cameras" to
identify traffic offenders at select intersections. YCSD investigators
examined
all traffic images from December 22, 2004. The photo below was taken
at the intersection of Shelby Drive and Airways Road in Memphis at
12:32 p.m. The
vehicle is a
burgundy 1995 Buick
Roadmaster registered to Grantham Sexton.
