SEARCH WARRANT

1315 Mesquite Drive
Oxford, MS 38655

Case Number: 000181-15A-2005

To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

1315 Mesquite Drive which is a five-bedroom, two-story single-family residence with attached garage and separate outbuilding owned by Adam Hartigan and Alicia Jenks Hartigan; a dark red 2002 Saturn L300 automobile, Mississippi license tag # ARX 225, registered to Alicia Jenks Hartigan; a silver 1999 Mercedes-Benz C280 automobile, Mississippi license tag # FLM 783, registered to Adam Hartigan;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

a hacksaw with blade having 18 teeth per inch; books, magazine or other literature describing voodoo rituals and/or voodoo culture; a black wheeled carry-on bag with extendable handle; identification including passport and/or driver's license bearing the name Denise Hartigan; handwritten letter addressed to "Jimmy" and signed "Rita";

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before March 18, 2005 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
