REPORTING OFFICER'S NARRATIVE
(Brief narrative of the facts surrounding the offense
and the arrest.)
At 7:30 a.m., Reporting Investigators (RA/Is) Detectives T. Armstrong
and S. Murphy arrived at the arrestee's residence. R/Is knocked on
the door and arrestee
answered. R/Is placed the arrestee under arrest. Arrestee was handcuffed and advised of her
rights. Arrestee requested to bring her purse and she accompanied the
R/Is to their
department vehicle.
Transportation to the Sheriff's Department proceeded with no incident.
At 7:53 a.m., R/Is turned the arrestee over to Sheriff's Department personnel for processing.
At all times while in custody, arrestee appeared lucid and
coherent. Although uncommunicative, arrestee was cooperative and seemed to comprehend what
was happening to her.

DEFENDANT'S VERSION/REMARKS
(What did the defendant say about the offense or his/her whereabouts
at the time of offense?)
Arrestee asked why she was being arrested and asked when she could call an
attorney. Otherwise, arrestee remained silent during transportation to the station and during
processing. Arrestee refused to answer any questions until an attorney was present. However she did
cooperate physically and did not resist in any way.
