I received the attached search warrant February 17, 2000 and have executed it as follows:

On February 17, 2000 at 11:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Vincent Jones, employee of the property owner, at the place of the search.

Master Bedroom

• 000487-218: One (1) Perry Ellis brand button down dress shirt, dark-red or copper colored stains.

Home Office

• 000487-219: Two hundred thirty-one (231) pages of Jordan Rodale book project and accompanying notes.
• 000487-220: One (1) contract with Brooks and Ramos publishing company regarding non-fiction book project.
• 000487-221 through 000487-226: Six (6) handwritten letters from Devlin Beauchamp dated September through November 1999.
• 000487-227 through 000487-234: Eight (8) typed letters on Brooks and Ramos publishing company letterhead from editor Kevin Greenville dated in December 1999.
• 000487-235 through 000487-236: Two (2) handwritten letters on Brooks and Ramos publishing company letterhead from editor Kevin Greenville dated in December 1999 regarding the tardiness of book project and inquiring about the status of Mrs. Rodale's journals.
• 000487-237 through 000487-240: Four (4) typed letters from Hale Literary Agency dated in December 1999 regarding the tardiness of book project.
• 000487-241: One (1) handwritten note from John Yavni of the Hale Literary Agency dated in January 2000 of an urgent nature.
• 000487-242 through 000487-243: Two (2) 3M brand Post-It® notes from Vincent Jones to Jordan Rodale regarding calls from Yoknapatawpha County detectives.
• 000487-244 through 000487-245: Two (2) reams of computer paper stock# 435.
• 000487-246: One (1) personal computer, model # Dell OptiPlex GX1.
• 000487-247: One (1) computer printer, Canon BJC 4304.
• 000487-248 through 000487-257: Ten (10) 3.5" computer diskettes, model # IBM 3M High Density, black.
